Privacy Notice

Last updated: 8 August 2026

1. Who we are

ryanjohnbaptiste, trading as No More Man Boobs (realcoachduke.com), is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. That means we decide why and how your data is used. Contact: support@realcoachduke.com.

2. What we collect and why

  • Email address — to deliver your purchase, resend your download link, and respond to support requests. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • Order details (order reference, product, purchase date, refund status) — to fulfil and manage your order. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligation.
  • Download activity (download count, timestamps) and IP address — to secure download links against abuse and enforce download limits. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and misuse.
  • Support messages you send us — to answer you. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interests.
  • Basic technical and usage data (device/browser information, error reports) — to keep the site working and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us. We never see or store your card number.

3. Who we share data with

  • Paddle — our reseller and Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, payments, tax compliance, invoicing and refunds.
  • Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database and storage providers, and our email delivery provider, acting on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
  • Authorities — where we are required to disclose by law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

Order and email records are kept for as long as needed to support your purchase and to meet tax and accounting obligations (typically six years). Download logs are kept for up to twelve months. Support correspondence is kept for up to two years. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under UK/EU data protection law you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls on our database and storage, and time-limited, download-limited signed links for the PDF.

8. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies and local storage needed to run the site and the checkout (including cookies set by Paddle during payment). We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though checkout may not work correctly without the essential ones.

9. Changes

We may update this notice. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated.
