How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you bought with, or
• Email support@realcoachduke.com with your order email and we'll raise it with Paddle for you.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within a few business days once approved.

What happens to your download

When a refund is issued, access to the PDF download link is revoked and you should delete any copies you have downloaded.

Problems with delivery

If your download email never arrived, you don't need a refund — use the resend link page to have it sent again, or email us and we'll sort it out.
